Members have asked many questions over the years about our website, online web tools, and the third-party solutions we often recommend Members use in their business and personal lives.  This is an accumulation of some of the most commonly asked questions, along with detailed answers and information to help future users better navigate the vast array of online resources IBI Global provides.

Although IBI Global does not and cannot provide support for third-party software and websites, for those that we recommend our Members use, we have "fielded" enough questions to be able to provide some answers and solutions for the most common problems.  It must be stressed however that the best technical support for third-party solutions would be WITH those third parties!
